Grande Lakes Resort, Lakeshore Reserve The Ritz Carlton & JW Marriott Orlando, Florida

Grande Lakes' Lakeshore Reserve designed by SB Architects is situated on 500 Acres in North Central Florida.

The site offers a series of amenities provided by The Ritz Carlton & JW Marriott including; two five-story timeshare buildings, five two-story timeshare townhomes, an operations building, a spacious central clubhouse with adjacent feature pool & waterslide, as well as three smaller pools, and a signature golf course designed by Greg Norman.

A team of Eight individuals from SB Architects, under the direction of Kevin Dunn, was responsible for Preliminary Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
The project is scheduled for completion in 2010.
