AE District Max Pierre Design District Project Miami, Florida

AE District is a retail concept developed by proprietor
Max Pierre for Miami's Design District. The space houses a gallery with interweaving retail and is intended for use by the design community as a gathering spot for local venues and social organizations.

The style, as Max puts it is "Punk meets Country Club". This eclectic fusion of art and sophistication make AE District a unique beacon for the community.

These design concepts have been adapted to both the interior and exterior spaces. Simple color pallets reflect an austere environment while the tinted store-front glass inscribed with the AE logo in clear negative space form of a tsunami wave (a signature from Max's other retail location) allowing pedestrians to glimpse the interior.
